2025 President - Polly Van Nosdal
For the past seven years, Polly Van Nosdol has thrived as a Realtor with Century 21 Harman Realty, earning a reputation for an inviting approach and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Polly is dedicated to making each transaction as smooth and fulfilling as possible and has a passion for guiding clients through the home-buying process.
Beyond real estate, Polly is an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in hiking, exploring nature, and trying new activities. With plans to learn golf and a renewed focus on reading, there’s always something fresh on the horizon.
Now, as the incoming 2025 President of the Women's Council of Realtors for Utah County, Polly is excited to create an atmosphere of collaboration, learning, and inspiration. This year promises to be one of growth, as she fosters connections and opens doors to opportunities that benefit all members.
President Elect - Michelle Fradella-Barfuss
Michelle began her career in 1997 as an assistant to an agent and obtained her real estate license in 1998. She became a Top Producer at Prudential Gardner Realtors in New Orleans, where she was voted Rookie of the Year during her first year and received numerous awards for her outstanding production. She has been licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, and is now a Branch Broker in Utah.
Michelle is also a highly respected real estate coach and licensed CE instructor in Utah. She has been training and coaching agents for the past 15 years, with a special focus on helping them leverage modern technology to elevate their business.
As President Elect of WCR, she wishes to empower other Women in Real Estate and assist in growing the local network into a great resource for all members.
1st Vice President - Adrienne Donner
Adrienne is a Utah Native with roots in American Fork and Spanish Fork. Adrienne has lived in Salt Lake, Utah and Weber counties. Real estate is a passion for Adrienne, with her background in behavioral science and teaching she has an extraordinary way of connecting with clients.
She has experience with people from different cultures, languages and walks of life. She is passionate about finding the right home for every client. Adrienne has been in real estate for a few years. She not only loves helping families find their fabulous family home she is also a real estate investor and is great at helping investors find rentals, house-hacks, wholesale deals and commercial properties to meet their needs.
Adrienne isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. She has served on her local PTA boards, School Community Councils, BNI President and as an American Red Cross volunteer. She loves being a part of community events that build unity, serve others and improve the lives for those that need it most.
Treasurer - Jessica Phar
Jessica has been a licensed mortgage loan officer since 2004. She brings over 20 years of expertise to the industry. Passionate about financial responsibility and homeownership, she
finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their dreams, including veterans and their families. Jessica is known for her dedication, persistence, and ability to guide clients through challenges, such as rebuilding credit, securing homeownership and building wealth through real estate.
Jessica and her husband come from real estate-oriented families and began acquiring rental properties in 2003. Together, they strive to instill the values of property ownership and responsibility in their four sons, often involving them in small repairs and maintenance to provide hands-on learning experiences.
Beyond her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, creating lasting memories through travel, and exploring Utah's natural beauty, while maintaining a deep connection to her Oregon roots and frequent visits to the ocean.
